Use
- For the production of UV absorbers.
- For the production of 4-octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether. Can be widely used as leveling agent, damp proofing agent, pesticide, detergent and non-ionic surfactant. After further processing of inorganic acid, it can be used as anionic surfactant.
- For the production of 4-octylphenol formaldehyde resin. Used in surface coating oil-soluble resin, ink and other fields playing a role in improving performance.
- For the production of tackifier of many synthetic rubber. Widely used in tire industry, pharmaceutical sealing products and other fields. Also can be used as the effective vulcanizer of butyl rubber.
